The Earth and Her Inhabitants

The Earth is not a thing but a living organism. We are but one part of this organism. Our lives and destiny are intertwined with the lives and destiny of all of our co-inhabitants on Earth. Earth, in fact, is not just the physical planet but the sum total of all living organisms.

Saving and protecting the Earth means saving and protecting us and all other living organisms. We are all the same in terms of our physical composition and source materials. We differ only in the vibratory frequency we exist at on the physical plane. All organisms, from trees to rocks, animals, birds, fish, wolves, the soil and air, and humans, have energetic signatures or specific vibratory frequencies. We co-exist with all other energies and interact constantly with these other energies. This interaction takes place every second of every day and occurs with every thought, word, and deed.

The consciousness of every thing, every organism, is immortal and ever changing. Our shared consciousness is the Earth. The Earth is the place where we develop ourselves and learn to co-exist in mutual respect and harmony. What one organism does or is affects the consciousness of the Earth. The health of the Earth reflects the health of our collective consciousness. The Earth is a barometer with which the health status of our co-existence can be read. This health or ecology of our co-existence is a matter of much debate and political positioning. However, regardless of political position, the Earth must continue. Our shared ecology must be acknowledged. Our co-existence and our shared health must be consciously recognized and all practices must be compatible with the understanding that every thought, word, and deed either contributes or detracts from our health.

Every thought, word, and deed is a creation with its rippling effects across our shared consciousness and our Earth. We must start living as part of the Earth by contributing to its health. We must start this with the thoughts we entertain about our relationship with each and every inhabitant. Our thoughts, in concert with care and kindness and reverence for each other and the Earth will be followed by words spoken and actions taken. Start with the thought which originates not in the mind but in the heart as a feeling. The heart is our common ground. For all organisms feel and communicate at this level. This is how we will come to better understand what our co-inhabitants are saying and relating to ourselves.

Communication through the heart is communication at the soul level. The energy of the soul is our common source and where our differences fade. What remains is the reality that we are all the creation of God and we are on Earth together to make a difference for this benefit for all as well as for our self. This is our destiny and purpose: to learn and grow together through the shared consciousness and ecology of the Earth.

Do your part by thinking and expressing kindness, caring, compassion, and responsibility for the Earth and your relationship with all of your co-inhabitants at all levels of being. To be so responsible is to actively acknowledge the truth that God is our creator and is in, in fact is, everything. To love the Earth and its inhabitants is to love God.
